Couples Therapy

Stronger Connection. Healthier Conversations.

Every relationship faces challenges. Couples therapy provides a safe space to understand each other better, resolve conflicts and build a deeper, more fulfilling partnership.

Couples Therapy

Who comes to couples therapy

Dating, engaged, married, or somewhere in between.

  • You keep having the same argument, and neither of you remembers how it started.
  • One of you has been unfaithful, or has found out. Or the trust has gone in quieter ways.
  • You live like flatmates, polite, busy, and a long way apart.
  • A baby, a move, an illness, a job loss, or a parent moving in has changed the relationship.
  • Sex has become rare, painful, or something you can't talk about.
  • Money, in-laws, or family expectations keep landing in the middle of the two of you.
  • One of you is thinking of leaving, or you've both decided to part and want to do it without more damage.

What changes in the room

Not a promise that you'll stay together. A place where the two of you can finally hear each other.

  • You say the thing under the complaint: "I'm lonely", not "you're never home".
  • You hear your partner say something hard without jumping in to defend yourself.
  • After an affair, the one who was hurt gets to ask their questions, and the other learns how to answer.
  • You find out which of your reactions belong to this relationship and which are older.
  • You decide, with clear eyes, what you're staying for, or how you'll leave.

Our Therapy Process

Couples therapy that looks at what's really happening between you.

1

Your story, both versions

Each of you tells it your own way: how you met, what changed, and where it started to hurt. Neither version is the "right" one.

2

The loop you're stuck in

One pushes, the other goes quiet; one gets loud, the other leaves the room. We map the pattern you keep repeating, and the older history each of you brings into it.

3

The fight, live in the room

We don't only talk about last week's argument. When it starts up in the session, we slow it down and ask what just happened underneath. You also get small tools to use at home: pausing before it escalates, saying the need behind the complaint, and repairing after a fight.

4

Catching it without me

Over time you spot the loop earlier and repair faster. We space out the sessions and plan for the hard moments that will come back.

Not sure you want to stay?

Couples therapy assumes that both of you are at least willing to try. If one of you is seriously thinking about leaving, and the other isn't ready to let go, there is a shorter process built for exactly that.
