Privacy Policy
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us.
Your Privacy, Our Priority
At Inat Therapy, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you book an appointment, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter. When you book online we collect your name, email address, phone number, the session you choose, and any note you type. If you pay by UPI we also collect the transaction reference and, if you upload one, a payment screenshot. If you take an online self-assessment or a free screener, we collect your answers to the questionnaires. The free screeners on our website are scored in your browser and are not stored. When you first book a session, we also record which version of our Informed Consent you agreed to, the date and time, and whether you ticked the optional box.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and ensure a safe and supportive experience. For bookings, we use your details to hold and confirm your booking, create a Google Meet link, send confirmation, reminder and payment emails, handle cancellations and refunds, and keep our accounts.
Who Handles Your Information
Bookings are managed with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Drive and Meet). Payment screenshots are saved in a private Google Drive folder that only we can open. Self-assessment answers are stored in our Google Workspace account (a private Google Sheet), and the written reports are saved as PDFs in a private Google Drive folder. They are seen only by your therapist. Card payments are processed by Razorpay, which receives only what it needs to take the payment. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your Booking Links
The cancel and reschedule link in your emails is private to you. Please do not forward it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking and payment records, and self-assessment answers and reports, for 24 months, then delete them, unless the law or our professional duties require us to keep them longer. Clinical notes and your consent record are kept for seven years after our last contact, then securely deleted.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your booking information by writing to inattherapy@gmail.com. Therapy notes are kept under our professional confidentiality duties.
Confidentiality
All therapy sessions and personal information are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethics and applicable laws.
Data Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
