Our Service Delivery Policy

Inat Therapy provides psychological services online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no courier, no shipping charge and no delivery address to give. This page explains how and when each service reaches you.

Online sessions

Sessions are held on Google Meet. After you choose a time and pay, we send you a confirmation email with your Google Meet link. If you pay by card through Razorpay, your booking is confirmed straight away. If you pay by UPI, your booking is confirmed once we have verified your payment, and we will email you as soon as that is done. Please join with the link at your booked time.

Online self-assessment

The online self-assessment is delivered by email. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send you a private link to your questionnaires, usually within 15 minutes. You can fill them in on your phone or computer, at your own pace. Your answers are scored and a written analysis is prepared for your therapist. If you would like to talk through the results, you can book an online session afterwards.

Where we can deliver

Our services are delivered online, so you can use them from anywhere with an internet connection and a device. Fees are charged in Indian rupees.
